Il TOROC, il Comitato per l'Organizzazione dei XX Giochi Olimpici Invernali, ha costituito un Comitato Interfedi ed ha scelto di avvalersi dell'apporto dei rappresentanti delle religioni nella gestione del servizio, nella definizione degli spazi e degli allestimenti delle aree di culto e meditazione all'interno dei Villaggi Olimpici.
Il lavoro dei componenti del Comitato Interfedi è divenuto nel tempo un luogo di confronto, dialogo, dibattito e soprattutto di fraternità. Nel suo ambito sono nati progetti comuni, idee, opinioni, orientati al sostegno delle iniziative per la promozione dei valori universali e quindi olimpici.

The TOROC, the Committee for the Organisation of the XX Olympic Winter Games, has set up a very open Interfaith Committee and chose to take advantage of the contribution of its religious representatives to organise the services, the spaces and layout of the areas of worship and meditation inside the Olympic Villages.
The assignment of the members of the Interfaith Committee it has become with the passing of time a place of discussion, dialogue and study, and especially of brotherhood. In its framework, ideas, opinions, and common projects have been born aimed at supporting initiatives that can promote universal and therefore Olympic values.
